Do you charge extra on holidays?

Yes, there is a $15 additional fee for services rendered on a holiday. For instance, if you have one dog and are needing overnight sitting on Christmas, the total would be $95, instead of $80 for that day.

When should I pay you? Policy on late payments?

I require payment after the completion of services. Meaning, if I provide overnight services, I expect payment the day of the owner's arrival back home. I do allow a 24 hour grace period- however, if payment still hasn't been received after 24 hours, late fees will incur to the tune of $15 per each unpaid day.

What is your cancellation policy?

As long as cancellation of service(s) occurs 24 hours in advance, there will be no fee for this. However, if you cancel the day of, you will still be charged for that service in full.
